You're differentiating the vowel sounds properly, but when you try to make the /d/ sounds they all sound like /t/.

You are saying the words correctly, but your nervousness and belief that you can not say them are forcing you to slightly mispronounce the d on bed and bad. But this is also a common program amongst all English speakers. If you can get enough people to pronounce all four words for you here on Italki you will also hear distinctive differences.
Just relax a little and slowly over time try to say a little fast. Everybody Everyone we can all clearly understand you.

Grace, as Jonathan said, you're vowels are clear and distinct, but your /d/ sounds like /t/. One suggestion -- try relaxing your throat to make the voiced sound of /d/.
