I hope you're doing well. our April timesheet is attached. we didn't have many lessons since N went back to Mexico.
as I previously told you, I have never seen C again. she asks me almost every week "if we have a lesson today" and I ask her to click the l every time before the lesson, but I still haven't seen her. she said that she has a friend who wanted to join us, I asked her friend to click the l, but I didn't really understand what her friend meant.
thank you and have a nice week.

I hope you're doing well. Our April timesheet is attached. We didn't have many
lessons since N went back to Mexico. As I previously told you(As mentioned before), I have never seen
C again. She asks me almost every week "do we have a lesson today?" and I always tell her
to click the (link/URL) before the lesson, but I still haven't seen her. She
said that she has a friend who wanted to join us, I asked her friend to click
the l (link/URL), but I didn't really understand what her friend meant. Thank you and have
a nice week.
"As I previously told you" is grammatically correct, but can sound a bit harsh to the recipient. In brackets is a nicer way to express this part.
Active speech : she always asks, "do we have a lesson today"?
Passive speech : she always asks if we have a lesson that day.
