Sugar is not good for our health, there are more contraindications than benefits.
Causes dental deterioration, insulin resistance, weight gain, cholesterol increase, is addictive, causes inflammation, impact in our mental health.
At this time, everyone knows that sugar is bad for health.
but is so difficult to leave it, sometimes.
Especially when you go to the bakery, there are a lot of pastries, cakes, it's too tempting.
There are others options like stevia, tagatose and allulose healthier than sugar, but of course, more expensive.
Inclusive, there are some special gourmet bakeries that don't use sugar.
In my case, I have reduced consumption of sugar, I drink just tea, infusions, and just sweeten the coffee.
50 grs is the maximum recommended by OMS.

are a lot of pastries, cakes, it's too tempting. There are others options like
stevia, tagatose and allulose, all healthier than sugar, but of course, more
expensive. Inclusive, there are some special gourmet bakeries that don't use
sugar. In my case, I have reduced my consumption of sugar, I drink just tea,
infusions, and just sweeten the coffee. 50 grs is the maximum daily amount recommended by
