1. "Estoy feliz, que esté aquí."
2. "Estoy feliz de estar aquí."
Quiero decir "I am happy, that I am here."

De hecho las dos son correctas ( Actually both are right)
Pero como dice Vanesa, es más usada la segunda 👍🏻
