My daily exercise: I usually walk about 20-30 minutes as my daily exercise. I
also walk to and from work for exercise purposes (can omit 'for exercise purposes') Not only does it keep me
healthy, it also eases my depression and stress a lot. Sometimes walking
aimlessly around the neighborhood helps me figure out what causes my depression
and how to handle it. I like to put on some light music to boost my energy
during the walk. If the weather is nice, I will go to the park and do some
stretching. This type of exercise has become part of my life and has improved
both my physical and mental health. I highly recommend it to anyone who can't make
time to exercise and doesn't enjoy doing vigorous exercise like me.
