Hi I'm writing a business letter and have a question. I'd like to say that for example I attach a copy of each of documents A to F. can i say "a copy of documents A to F" or "copies of documents A to F" instead of "a copy of each of documents A to F"?

Yes, you can say "below I have attached a copy of documents A to F."
