What is the best app for learning Spanish? I have made some progress with Duolingo and with my iTalki lessons, and just started with Language Transfer. But should I switch from Duolingo to Babbel now? Or Pimlesaur? Or Rocket?

Everyone is different. I tried Pimsleur for Italian about 7 years ago. Deadly dull boring, repetitive but very effective as I still remember the phrases!
Babbel for me has been very effective

You could try "Pimsleur" or "Busuu" a lotta linguistics recommended these apps, I'm learning English and I used "Pimsleur" and right now I'm using "Busuu" and in my opinion they're quite good.
