What do you want to express with these? They aren't commonly said and it's not easy to guess what you want to say.

Here is an example that uses the first expression. A similar example could easily be constructed using the second.
"Many people do not understand me. They find my behavior hard to fathom. I will spend days at a time studying the beautiful poetry of ancient Egypt without talking to anyone. I understand that this makes me strange in the eyes of some. However, I cannot change. I don't want to change. I truly am this person."
