Après je dirais par rapport l'apprentissage il faut coordoner les éfforts dans le but de atteindre les objectifs lesquels devrait être les mêmes pour l'élève et l'enseignant, et si l'on pourrait ajouter a ça de la gaité serait parfait.

In many countries, Teachers’ day is celebrated on the 9th of May. It was few days ago! I’m happy and proud to be a language teacher and to share my knowledge with people from different countries here on italki. It’s never too late to start learning a language! In passato, gli insegnanti rappresentavano la voce dell'autorità, ma oggi loro sono più consultivi, e più propensi ad domandare ed ascoltare. Se gli studenti sanno di essere rispettati e amati, potranno imparare meglio.

First, I need to point out what is a positive teacher-student relationship in my mind: teachers can teach students through their "influence" and "guide" instead of directly telling them what is right and just push them to follow. I think the point is teachers should lead students to find their own way to build skills, and students can also see teachers as their friends to trust and learn from. But the reality is, in Chinese schools most teachers often take the absolute control in the teacher-student relationship, they are severe and take the grades as their first priority. I feel they don't care much about how the kids grow as a man or woman, but focus on if they can grow in a conventionally right way. I think to form a good teacher-student relationship is not a people thing, but also a system thing. Only can the system generate qualified teachers, positive teacher-student relationships will be formed.

Pues, soy maestro de historia, asi que tengo unos pensamentos sobre esta tema. Creo que siempre es importante que los alumnos muestran respeto a sus professores, y viceversa. Los alumnos deben completar sus deberes y poner un esfuerzo adecuado en su trabajo. Mientras tanto, los profesores deben ofrecer su apoyo a los estudiantes y dar realimentaction positiva que ellos pueden user para mejorar su trabajo. Con bastante respeto y esfuerzo, los estudiantes y profesores pueden cumplir una relacion positiva entra ellos.

It will benefit the students a lot and it’s a beneficent circle. The more students like the subject teacher , the greater they will study harder and perform positively at class. Because they want to be praised and recognized . Accordingly they can have a great grade. To some u extent it’s a kind of return for teachers students loved. Speaking of teacher they enjoy this positive environment at class and they can interact acitivly
