French teacher with five years of experience in teaching online and in person Bonjour, I'm Marie (she/her/elle) ! I'm a native French speaker and certified French teacher. After studying History, I pursued my passion for cultural exchange and obtained the DAEFLE (Diploma in Teaching French as a Foreign Language) from the Alliance Française Paris. I've lived in various places in and outside Europe, volunteered as a French teacher in Colombia, and taught at a French Institute and an International School in Vilnius, Lithuania. Outside class, I enjoy hiking, spending time by the sea, ceramics, and cultural events. I'm interested in languages, art, sociology, psychology, human rights, and environmental topics. Lgbtq+ friendly :) I'm a patient, dedicated, and caring teacher. My goal is to help you build confidence and improve your French in a safe, stress-free space where learning feels intuitive and fun. During our trial lesson, I'll get to know your motivations, goals, and level, then adapt my lessons to fit your needs. I offer two types of lessons: · Conversation practice: personalised natural conversations or pre-lesson materials, with explanations on pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary. · General French lessons: interactive classes covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing, with vocabulary and grammar explanations using varied materials and digital tools.

Marie m'a beaucoup aidé avec la grammaire et l'aisance à l'oral. Elle permet de commencer à s'exprimer facilement en français, et je trouve aussi que son français est très facile à comprendre. Elle vous invite à parler de votre actualité et trouve des sujets intéressants pour échanger tout en apprenant du nouveau vocabulaire ou de nouvelles structures linguistiques. Je pense donc que c'est une très bonne professeure.
