After one year of classes together, I am making great progress in my quest to learn French, and also having a fun exchange of ideas and recommendations along the way. Marie is knowledgeable and approachable, and I appreciate her teaching style, as well as her flexibility to accommodate our regular classes across time zones. Marie is an amazing teacher. Her lessons are full of creativity and she's great at using that creativity to create stories and lessons for you that will make you think and speak in French and learn it in a fun and natural way. I always have the opportunity to talk about something new and learn new ways to say things. It's always a pleasure to have a lesson with her, she is easy to talk to and a great teacher.

Marie is a wonderful teacher. She's very patient and explains things simply. I enjoy my lessons tremendously and my French is improving.

Marie is a gem on Italki. She really understands the difficulty of learning a new language, and she tailors the class perfectly to your level of understanding. She’s incredibly friendly and sets a specific lesson plan for each class, so each class feels productive, but not overwhelming. She really is a great tutor, and any student would be lucky to have her!
