Hi everyone! 你好！안녕하세요~ I'm Yali, but you can also call me Jane. I achieved the highest level in the Korean TOPIK exam in just one year. Now, I'm studying Japanese and English and eager to share my language learning tips with you. As a Chinese teacher, I want to help you learn and love Chinese while spreading Chinese culture.
I’m also passionate about music and learning the Guzheng, a traditional Chinese instrument. In my free time, I practice yoga and enjoy traveling.

I have over 7 years of teaching experience, including 2 years of teaching Chinese as a foreign language. My students find me cheerful, inclusive, and approachable. I enjoy teaching and communicating with my students. In my class, I will encourage everyone to speak Chinese more and create an immersive Chinese environment. Only by listening more and using the language being learned can you improve faster.My lessons & teaching style
Before we start learning, I will have a full communication with each student to determine their Chinese level and the focus of their upcoming studies.I will customize the lessons based on the results.
For beginners, I use body language, pictures, and props to aid understanding.
For students with some background, I explain more in Chinese to help them understand new content.
My course themes include HSK exam preparation, daily Chinese conversation, and business Chinese.
Homework will be given after class and reviewed in the next session. You can ask me questions anytime, and I will patiently answer you. At certain stages, I will conduct level tests to show your progress.My teaching material
