About Me

In 2011 I graduated from University as an English language teacher. Since then I’ve been teaching English at schools, educational and training centres.
When I moved to Malaysia, I started to teach Russian language as a freelancer. Last few years I've been studying new methods of teaching language and I've discovered numbers of amazing techniques, such as gamification and storytelling, flipped classroom, heritage language classroom and so on. I prefer to use presentations, flashcards and games designed by myself. I enjoy the process of creating multimedia materials.
I've got a bunch of high rated students's books and workbooks from the best Russian linguists to share with my students.My lessons & teaching style
I'd describe myself as a friendly and flexible teacher. I try to focus on my students' achievements, not the mistakes. I like to see them growing. I believe, when we stay positive and do things we enjoy, the process of learning becomes easier.
To support students at the beginning of our practise I speak English. I think, it relieves stress and anxiety. Once they're ready, I switch to Russian, so they can upgrade their skills in understanding native speakers.
On my lessons I'd like to show the beauty of language through history and culture of my motherland.
I work with various age groups. Classes for kids are different from adults': we're crafting, singing, playing activities and dancing.My teaching material
