Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide range of students — from those looking to improve everyday conversation to professionals in medicine, business, and IT who needed industry-specific English.
When it comes to my teaching approach, I strongly believe that the core purpose of language learning is communication. That’s why I put a big emphasis on speaking — the more, the better! Of course, I don’t ignore other essential skills like writing, reading, and listening. I always aim for a balanced approach, unless a student has specific goals that require a different focus. In our lessons, we focus heavily on speaking and real communication. We analyze your mistakes together and work on the areas that matter most to you, based on your goals and learning preferences. I encourage you to take an active role in shaping the course — whether that means choosing topics like business, interviews, travel, or movies, or prioritizing certain skills such as speaking, listening, or reading.

Это был пробный урок. Боялся как перед экзаменом в университете. Но все оказалось не так страшно, как я себе это представлял. Екатерина с первых минут располагает к себе и общение получается свободное, комфортное. Поставил цели, уже получил первое домашнее задание. Теперь дело за малым - учиться и делать это регулярно

Ekaterina is very good teacher. She is kind and patient. However my English is poor, she waits me to finish my speach and she never mind my asking for her to repeat what she says. I like her suggestions of lesson topic which matches with my purpose. I strongly recommend her to others.
