Mario Rivero

I have already left a rave review for Mario, but I needed to add another one because he continually impresses me with his dedication and his teaching style. Last week I mentioned being confused about a specific word and idea, and so this week he came prepared with a whole lesson on this word! He went through each definition of the word, using slides he made with original sentences and giving plenty of examples. He made sure I fully understood everything and even when I had to switch to English to discuss how the definitions are similar/different to English, he understood everything I was saying. Another great lesson with Mario!

Hello to whomever reads this. Mario is an excellent teacher in my humble opinion. I personally don't feel like I'm talking to a teacher, in the formal sense, but rather a good acquaintance that just so happens to be helping me improve my language skills if that makes sense. Anyway, I recommend Mario to anyone who wants to learn/improve their Spanish.

Mario is the best! He comes prepared to class and asks such great questions that get you talking about lots of different topics. I feel much more confident talking in Spanish now after all my classes with him and he’s also really funny and always brings good vibes - I fully recommend Mario!

Pasé una buena hora platicando con Mario. Tuvimos una discusión amistosa sobre viajes y cultura en México y me dio algunos buenos consejos de lugares que podría visitar. Mario es profesor muy relajado y paciente y a la vez, interesante para conversar. En particular me gusta que hable con claridad y que tenga video y sonido que marcha bien.
