大家好，我的中文名字是Kai。我毕业于维克森林大学的中文系和日文系。我于2024年春季通过国际教育交流委员会（CIEE）获得了150小时的TEFL认证（英语作为外语教学认证）。我本来与北京一所顶尖高中签了工作合同，但因为遇到了一些小签证问题，现在要等2025年8月去中国当老师！还有，我最擅长的语言是英文和中文。我希望以后能够在中国工作，希望可以给我一个机会当你的老师！
My name is Kai and I am a Wake Forest University graduate with a double major in Chinese and Japanese Language and Culture. I have a 150-hour TEFL Certification (Teaching English as a Foreign language) which I completed in the Spring of 2024 with The Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE). I was contracted to go to a top-level high school in Beijing but ran into some small visa issues and had to delay until August of 2025. I hope you will give me a chance and come learn with me!Me as a Teacher
I primarily have experience teaching in semi-formal or casual online environments as well as years of experience studying and partaking in language exchanges with others. I am confident I will be able to help you with conversational fluidity, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary choice! The primary goal of our lessons would be to help you speak more naturally and respond appropriately in any given conversational setting. Whether you would just like to converse freely or talk about a specific topic, I will be able to help. Aside from these goals, and conversation practice, I am of course also willing to help with reading, writing, listening, and so on.My lessons & teaching style
Conversational skills, Listening comprehension, Word choice, Pronunciation, etc. As your teacher and as a fellow language learner, my goal is to make your language learning process as smooth as possible regardless of what your goals are. I am here for you!

If you will be late to our lesson, please let me know as soon as possible. Depending on how early you let me know, we may -
1) Extend the lesson so you receive the full time
2) Add the time onto a future lesson
3) Reschedule
