Hey, English students! Teacher Smith here. I'm a certified TEFL teacher, and I'm a graduate in Psychology. No, I can't read minds, but I've got a good grasp of how our brains function, and it's super useful for your learning process. I'm an all-rounder, quick on my feet and love a good challenge. Problem-solving is my jam, and I've got my awesome family to thank for that trait. We're all about finding solutions and adapting to any situation.

I do not want to bore you with the basics- I'm patient, understanding etc. speech because those are must have qualities for teachers. How I look at teaching is from the very same perspective a doctor would diagnosing his/her patient. I believe every student wants to improve their English level and before every level there are some challenges that need to be faced. With that said, I allow my students to be themselves but the best version of themselves by balancing comfortability with solutions that encourage them to take on each challenge head on. This also means my ways of teaching are student centred. Afterall, you are the main character.

Yes, my lessons are engaging. As you already know my teaching style highly focusses on your needs and how to fulfil them so that you leave each lesson with a sense of achievement. I use a broad range of sites, communities of teachers companied by AI to personalize your lesson material and create a lesson plan that is not only the best but flexible to your liking, pace and progress. In class I usually lead the lesson unless you want to(you don't have to verbalise this, I have gained experience on how to sense). All in all I make sure you don't just focus on the quantity (unless you have a deadline) of work covered but quality of the work which leaves you understanding not just memorising it.My teaching material

I'm an adult who learned she has a big gap in the knowledge of tenses. I just used them based on a feeling my whole life as I never academically learned English. So when I realized I wanted to fill this gap with theory, Teacher Smith was just amazing in preparing a customized course of simplified tenses for me, so I could naturally learn them not being overwhelmed with the information I missed for so a long time. Again and again, thank you, dear Smith, I'm enjoying our tenses journey so much, even though sometimes it takes my last energy :-)
