I like to teach in a relaxed atmosphere and build a relationship of trust and respect with my students. I have excellent people skills, thus I usually connect well with students. In addition, I am very patient with students and I am good at fostering confidence so that students often feel less 'overwhelmed' by the process of learning English.My lessons & teaching style
As per my video, my style is relaxed and non-judgmental. I try to understand how students learn and then adapt my classes to their needs (within a practical dimension). Furthermore, I often (but not always) focus on casual learning by teaching grammar, vocabulary etc. utilising text/speech and so forth. Should I identify a problem area, I will then drill down giving instruction where necessary. In my experience, it seems to me that learning comprehension is more rapid and satisfying when there is some context to the material.My teaching material

Luke is a very helpful teacher who gave me a lot of useful advice for my interview. He collected questions and reading material for my lesson and kept following up. Thanks to his help, I passed the interview and now have a full-time job with a work visa!! Highly recommended :D

Very friendly, kind, well prepared. I am so lucky to meet this talented english teacher that I have learnt very useful expressions and corrects me to use proper language. Highly recommend this teacher!!!

It's my second lesson with Luke and everything is excellent. He is patiently willing to listen and fix my language mistakes as well as the answers for the interview. Luke is funny and I would love to see him again XD.
