My name is Ziga, a Slovenian-born English teacher with 9 years of experience helping students speak confidently and naturally. For the past decade, I’ve lived across Europe and Brazil, immersing myself in languages and cultures.
I specialize in guiding learners to fluency through real-world conversations, blending grammar, vocabulary, and cultural insights. Whether you’re a beginner or refining advanced skills, my travels and artistic side (music, writing, and art) make lessons dynamic and relatable.

Hello! My name is Ziga and I am an English teacher. I have been teaching English for the last 9 years. It all started when I started tutoring my friends and colleagues for their work and realized that teaching is actually my passion since I really enjoyed it and found myself in it.
I also love meeting and talking to new people and getting to know their culture and country from where they are from.

In my lessons, I like to play on my student's strengths and focus on their weaknesses. I work on expanding our vocabulary where we learn new words and their meaning, we focus on grammar and sentence structure, as well as pronunciation.
I also include short videos and audios, as well as short texts so we can work on our listening and reading comprehension. This way, the student will improve in the language much faster and better since they will get a grasp of the language in all its 4 parts (speaking, listening, reading, and writing).

Ziga is a great teacher with a very natural and fluent conversation style. He encourages me to think and express myself, and instead of simply correcting mistakes, he guides me to notice and fix them on my own.
