Hello everyone! I’m Yuu! I'm Japanese teacher and personal coach.
🌟I support you who want to speak naturally and honestly with friends, coworkers, or people they meet in Japan.
🌟My lessons are relaxed and friendly, like talking with friends or family. I value creating a space where students feel emotionally safe to share even personal stories.
Whether you enjoy talking a lot or find it difficult to start conversations, you’re always welcome in my lessons — because I’m a little introverted too😌

🌟I will introduce basic grammar and new words and expressions in the conversation at a pace appropriate to your level and help you correct your pronunciation.
🌟I encourage you to do a lot of output in every lesson, and I create an environment that makes it easy to do so.
🌟I want you to feel a sense of “I did it!” after each lesson.
🌟By building on what we learn together, you will gradually improve your practical Japanese skills and develop the ability to think in Japanese.
I’m also learning languages myself, so I understand how my students feel. I am happy to support you in any way I can so that you can grow while having fun in the process.

I offer lessons in
・basic Grammar Class
・daily conversation
・lessons using photos or articles
・anime-based lessons
・coaching sessions.
Grammar classes mainly focus on input, while other lessons focus on output.
During the lesson, I type key points as we go, and after each lesson, I send you a PDF summary so that you can easily review what you learned. In every lesson, I also use my coaching skills to support your mindset and motivation for steady learning.
With my lessons, you can enjoy learning continuously while developing practical Japanese communication skills that you can actually use💡

She is able to match your level of understanding while provide corrections and assistance without disrupting the flow and while keeping the conversation natural and enjoyable. I strongly recommend her as a tutor for Japanese learners who would like to improve their speaking skills. I take her conversation lessons and she’s super friendly and easygoing. She provides a warm and safe place for you to practice, and she’s able to give corrections without interrupting the flow of the conversation. She’s very skilled at giving you the correct vocabulary and phrases to practice, and will do her best to cater to your level and any topics you’d like to cover! She is very professional as a tutor, but also very warm - like a good friend! I’ve gained a lot of confidence thanks to her lessons.
