Hello! My name is Michele, and I grew up in New York City. I now live in New Jersey in the United States. I work as a teacher, and I am also a mother to two children. I enjoy meeting new people, traveling, going to great New York City museums, and reading. As I spent several years studying and working in France, I have experienced firsthand the challenge and thrill of learning a second language and living abroad.Me as a Teacher
I am an experienced ESL teacher and have taught in both France and in the United States. I have taught beginner, intermediate, and advanced classes and have experience teaching in classrooms and also giving online classes. I received my Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) Certificate from Teachers College, Columbia University.My lessons & teaching style
I truly believe that language learning should be fun and interesting. In my classes, I have a learner-centered approach to teaching and help students to achieve their language goals. My classes will prepare students to tackle real-life situations in English. Each lesson will be adapted to a learner's needs and goals.My teaching material

I enjoy having lessons with Michele. She is prepared for every lesson. Her lessons cover pronunciation, grammar, and speaking skills. Additionally, she taught me how to write essays and showed me an academic writing style. Moreover, we discuss interesting topics related to our everyday lives. She is an excellent teacher!

The lesson was, as usual, very productive. We reviewed a new grammatical structure and phrasal verbs. Michelle gave me new information and examples of using these verbs. She encouraged me to speak as well.
