I have completed 20 lessons with Zdenka since mid-January, 2023. She is incredible! She knows my areas of weakness and makes me work really, really, really hard during the lessons. Sometimes the material is above my ability and she has the uncanny ability to adjust her methods and her materials. I am so grateful for Zdenka's expertise, teaching methods, and above all, her patience and kindness.

Zdeňka is a wonderful & kind teacher who jumpstarted my Czech learning. I booked lessons with her in advance of a trip to Prague and working with her ultimately made the trip so much more fruitful & enjoyable. Her lessons are always well organized, fun, and effective. First lesson and meet up I’m a bit nervous because of my low Czech language. But teacher zdenka is very kind and patient she’s really nice she’s very willing to help me and correct my wrong pronouncation. Big thumbs up to her looking forward for another lesson.

I have been working with Zdenka for around a year and have had a very positive experience. My Czech has improved. She is extremely adept at explaining nuances in English to me, and helping me use the language to practice what I've newly learned. I think I'm a chaotic student, always jumping from topic to topic, but she meets me where I'm at and switches gears on a dime as my curiosity piques in any direction the wind blows. I highly recommend lessons in Czech with Zdenka and look forward for many more lessons together!
