I am a native English speaking professional teacher from Canada. I have a license from the province of Alberta to teach secondary education. I have taught many age groups starting with kindergarten and extending through teaching adult seniors. I have over 30 years experience teaching a wide range of subjects and student ages and abilities. I am well-prepared with two bachelor degrees, one in education and one in the sciences. As a teacher, I am enthusiastic, patient but persistent, as I feel that every student will be successful if they give the proper effort. I believe that a lesson needs to be- effective at stimulating learning, engaging so that interest is maintained and energizing so pupils are eager to learn and will retain their learning. In short, I believe that activities must be planned that are fun and will involve the student who will be stimulated and eager to continue to grow in the experience.My lessons & teaching style
We live in a remarkable world of different cultures, varied animal life from the very small to the largest, a earth of wonders, and a planet containing the elements of life. As a part of the acquisition of language, I love to go exploring with my students and learn vocabulary and grammar and proper pronunciation of words, all at the same time, while experiencing many of the wonders of our universe!Certificates

Math Coordinator/ TeacherBSEC is a special school for students experiencing difficulties with the regular school system. These students had experienced difficulties with their learning due to trauma or set backs in life. Many of them had poor English language skills and had to be coached in order to be successful. I was able to help theses students to be able to move past their difficulties and to become good citizens of Canada.
