Hello students...! My name is Timothy Hunter and I am a kind, caring and creative person with a love of life, travel and I am a huge fan of WWE, Marvel & DC comics. I am a father of 3 young boys and in my spare time I like to read, draw and play video games. I was born and live in Canada and have travelled to 56 countries, maybe I've been to your country too...! The world is so big and there is so much out there, but wherever you go there is English and I want to help you learn this great language. HOLA ALUMNOS...! I graduated Teacher's College in 1999 and I have taught English in Central America for 8 years. I also taught one year of grade 2 Primary School, until I found out that my true passion was teaching English. I've also taught Spanish at the City Hall here in Cambridge, ON, I've done a lot of personal English tutoring, and some online teaching before as well. In between teaching, I enjoy travelling the world. I like to keep my class fun, and give a positive experience each and every time. I offer any type of class to suit your style and needs. I have experience teaching Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced English and can offer you a wide variety of ways to learn. We can have a structured, formal class focusing on Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading and Spelling with different kinds of Exercises, Activities, and Tests. We can also have less formal free classes to have English conversations and improve your use of English slang. Or, we can alternate and do a mix, combining both lesson styles. One thing I guarantee is that you will see your English improve with each class and you will become more confident the more we practice. The teacher is very nice and friendly, making the atmosphere of learning to be easy and relaxing. Furthermore, he knows how to ask questions very well, leading and encouraging me to speak at ease. He is new to i-talkie, but he is experienced in teaching ESL students elsewhere. Maybe, he is learning Spanish, so he knows the difficulties of learning a second language. it makes him know how to help the students even better. Highly recommended!
