My name is Bernardo Mateo. I'm thirty two years old and I live in Buenos Aires.
One of my greatest passions is music! I'm a pianist, guitarist and music teacher. I also love languages and I teach english and french as well.
In my free time I love to chat about spirituality, go skateboarding or just drink some "mates" in the park.
Je m'appelle Bernardo Mateo. J'ai 32 ans et j'habite à Buenos Aires.
Une de mes grandes passions c'est la musique ! Je suis pianiste, guitariste et prof de musique. D'autre part, j'adore les langues et j'enseigne l'anglais et le français aussi.
Dans mon temps libre, j'adore discuter sur spiritualité, faire du skateboarding ou juste boire des "mates" au parc.Me as a Teacher
Since I was a kid, I've always been glad to help my classmates understand difficult subjects at school.
I can teach to children, teenagers and adults using different activities that suit their level and interests.
I always look for the best path towards long-term learning without losing sight of your most urgent needs (e.g. an exam)

I am thankful for the chance I've got to learn foreign languages. I've been able to discover so much about other cultures around the world!
This is the reason why I am teaching my language here in Italki.

Today Berni taught me more about masculine and feminine verb ending rules and exceptions. Also the pronunciation of the r's, double rr's, soft r's, , how to pronounce the r in the beginning of a word. We always practice verbs. Berni teaches me so much in
an hour and we always start the class with a conversation in Spanish which is so fun. I also love doing the homework he gives me, I am looking forward to my next class. Berni is an excellent teacher, I highly recommend him.

Bernie is the best teacher. He is professional, friendly, patient :) he answers my questions very clearly and makes the class very interesting. I enjoy taking Spanish class with him and am learning so much so soon.

Today I read a paragraph that I had for homework using the word soy to Berni and he only corrected one part. I was so happy to hear that! We practiced pronunciations of new words and their meanings. It was a great lesson as always. The hour just flew by. Berni has the best personality to teach. I learn alot just by speaking Spanish to him no matter the topic. I can't wait for my next class :)

Berni is the best! I am learning so much and it is so interesting and fun at the same time. He lets me talk alot and corrects me so kindly :) The hour goes by so quickly. Also i love doing my homework! I am so happy with this class and Berni.
