Julen✨

Julen is a great teacher and adapts and changes as required in order to ensure my continued progress. He's also a great person. I am loving my sessions with Julen and I hope he can be my Basque teacher for a long time to come!!

In addition to being incredibly detail-oriented, resourceful and supremely organized, Julen is a fantastic instructor. Any company would be lucky to have him. Not only does he easily assess situations “a la minute,” providing solutions to different scenarios in multiple languages (I spoked to him in Spanglish), but he was quick to share his strategies with others-and generous enough to make you understand the “class material”. In one (1) session, which I extended from the 30-minute trial, to an additional hour, also booked an additional 5 hours, he outshine himself. I used to work in TESOL at Teachers College Columbia University and I know a star when I see one! I highly recommend.

Julen es una persona muy amable y simpática además de ser increíblemente paciente. Al principio yo no tenía ningún conocimiento de euskera y no estaba muy segura si iba a poder seguir estudiándolo, pero Julen, con mucha paciencia y amabilidad, me dio la motivación que necesitaba tener, lo cual me ayudó a tener más interés en el idioma. He disfrutado mucho las clases con Julen y definitivamente seguiré estudiando con él! :D

Julen is easily one of the most talented educators I've met - he is so personable, adaptive and kind and always takes great care to provide brilliant feedback in EVERYTHING you say. He is a wizard with his responses and his memory 🪄 and I'm so grateful to have found such a wonderful tutor like him to help with my Spanish.
