Yusuf

Yusuf ji has a very unique teaching style. His lessons motivate me to continue learning more. They feel more like I’m learning by talking naturally instead of cramming a bookish style of speaking that is not used in real life. Shukriya!

I have been taking lessons from Yusuf for over 2 years now! He has helped me so much with both Gujarati and Hindi. Every lesson he goes above and beyond! He gives valuable knowledge and practice, but he also gives the encouragement to keep learning and improving!

I always enjoy my lessons with Yusuf. I have been learning with him for a little over a year now and I can feel how far my general conversation has progressed. Recently I have worked on some short writing pieces and he has gone through them in lessons and given me corrections and more context surrounding the vocabulary. We also have many spontaneous discussions surrounding world events or new things in my life, to keep it the most relevant for me and my learning. Yusuf’s background knowledge of Gujarati and etymology of words surrounding other languages and cultures is really impressive and enhances the experience. I also like that you can direct the class content towards whatever you want to learn about that day. I recommend his lessons!

Yusufbhai is a very kind teacher. He takes the time to gain personal details about you and makes the lesson relevant to you. I am a complete beginner but I have learned a lot with his guidance!
