Hi there! My name is Sofia and I'm here to teach you Swedish!
I grew up in Sweden and have lived there my whole life, until three years ago when I decided to move to Barcelona. After five wild months filled with partying, meeting new people, and photography I took my suitcase and moved to Oslo, where I've been since.
Before moving around, I worked as a Spanish teacher for one year in Sweden. That taught me a lot about being a teacher, and as you may tell- I loved it. I'm a very open-minded and creative person who loves meeting new people! I would say that I'm a down-to-earth kind of person, but I can also be a lot of fun and full of energy!Me as a Teacher
As a teacher, I would describe myself as very committed, responsive, and encouraging. I love the challenge of teaching and seeing the progress of my students. My previous students have described me as someone they can trust and feel comfortable with, which I hope you will do too!
For the past 2,5 years, I've been having three students continuously and here is a review from one of them:

The creative part of me makes me very flexible with my lessons and teaching style. But the main thing I want to focus on is talking. The struggle I found and still find with learning a new language is speaking. The most important thing for me isn't for you to get everything perfectly correct. What I want to focus on is communication, for you to be able to make yourself understood in different situations. I will be happy to give you homework or assignments with feedback, but that is totally up to you!
