Thank you for visiting my profile:) I'm Hayato! I was born and raised in Kanagawa prefecture but currently I'm living in Vancouver to study English. I can speak Japanese (standard accent) and English.

I was an English teacher in Japanese high school for 2 years. I've never taught Japanese to people from foreign countries before. However, I love my language and teaching it, and I hope to help my students find a joy of learning and speaking a new language! In addition, I want you to know about Japan through my lessons.
I like to travel and have been to the U.S., Singapore, Fiji, Taipei, Australia and Canada.
I can give you a lot of advice and tips to learn Japanese.

During our lesson, Hayato-san and I talked about whatever topics came to mind. The conversation was relaxed and never forced. He was very easy to talk with. I highly recommend Hayato-san to anyone looking for natural speaking practice.

Today, Hayato-san taught me iconic lines from Jujutsu Kaisen. He also clearly explained the nuances of ending words, providing me with useful insights into Japanese. I really enjoyed his class. きをつけてね ! :D

Hayato sensei was very fun to chat with and very patient with me when I didn't know some words or phrases. I study by myself from textbooks so I really need the extra free talk practice to get used to speaking and understanding the language.
