Ciao a tutti!
My name is Giovanni and I'm from the North Eastern part of Italy.
I've been teaching Italian for over 3 years, and I can't wait to introduce you to the unique Italian culture and tradition!
I've been exploring the world for many years now and I lived in Australia, New Zealand, Sri Lanka, and I'm currently based in India, my beloved second home.
Travelling, learning, teaching languages, and helping people are my biggest passions!
I'm currently learning Hindi and Urdu.
On top of all that, I'd be more than happy to teach you everything I know and experienced in the traveling world, sustainability, and languages.Me as a Teacher
To be great as a teacher, one must also be a constant learner in the subject. As much as I would be teaching you the Italian language, I would also be learning other languages!
I am positive, relaxed, focused, and motivating as a teacher. Feel free to talk about anything you like and to share what you expect from the lessons before and as we proceed, for the best learning experience.

To fully understand the Italian culture, I will help you learn common expressions you won't find in books.

I just had another lesson with Giovanni. While Italki has changed recently, I am happy to say that Giovanni has not! He is still the calm, helpful, intelligent person that he's always been. He still taking the time to help me learn Italian and he seems very interested in knowing things about me and the United States where I live.
