About Me

I am born and raised in California and am deeply interested in languages. Moreover, I love to learn anything I can about the rest of the world. I have been teaching adult English for about 7 years and I love working with students all over the world. In my free time, I like to read, cook, listen to music, travel and spend time with my friends and family.Me as a Teacher
I am language learner myself and know firsthand the challenges that come with learning a language. For this reason, I am a very patient teacher and love working with students whether it is to explain a difficult grammar concept or work on a tricky word to pronounce.My lessons & teaching style
My lessons are student-centered so students have the opportunity to practice English as much as possible during the lesson. To do this, I like to include enriching activities that practice different skills, such as speaking, listening, reading and writing. I also like to give focus on pronunciation.
As a teacher, I want students to feel comfortable to make mistakes in my class. For this reason, I also love to give positive feedback as much as I can, so students feel reassured and know that they can overcome any obstacle.My teaching material
