I lived in both Damascus and the countryside. While in school, I had friends from all over the Middle East. I hold a bachelor's degree in translation, specializing in Arabic-English and vice versa, as well as a master's degree in interpreting from Damascus University. Additionally, I possess a TESOL certificate from Arizona State University. I am fluent in Arabic (Levantine), Modern Standard Arabic, and English. Arabic lessons with Dua are interactive and entertaining. All languages skills are put to the test: reading, listening, speaking and writing. In addition, Dua is very knowledgeable and patient, and helps us students stay focused despite wanting to chat away in English!
