Born into a family of teachers in Boston, I fell in love with language and writing early. After graduating from McGill University with a degree in History, I moved to Spain, where I began to teach English. Twenty years later, my work is shaped by my experiences as a health coach, Spanish learner, and immigrant in Argentina.Me as a Teacher
Living and working in an English-speaking environment can be frustrating and isolating. The challenges go beyond grammar and vocabulary, despite what many learners are told. I help students understand what is really happening, and support them as they move toward their goals with greater ease, confidence, and joy. My lessons & teaching style
My primary objective is to help students reach their goals while increasing their confidence and motivation. By paying close attention to each person’s unique wants and needs, I help students build and implement learning systems using the tools, techniques, and motivational practices that fit them best—so they can reach their destination while enjoying the journey.5.0
