Jorge is a fantastic teacher. I feel lucky to have found him. He is new to the italki platform but he clearly has lots of experience teaching Portuguese. The best thing is that he has a lot of experience learning and speaking other languages. Therefore, he is more than just a Portuguese teacher or conversation partner but also a language learning expert and coach. I highly recommend others to join his lessons. In addition to all his talents as a teacher, he also has an extremely clear and understandable way of speaking Portuguese. This makes one feel much less intimidated to stick to using Portuguese if you are an absolute beginner. I have spent over 3 months in Brazil and he has the most understandable Portuguese that I've heard from anyone in the country. 10/10 recommend.
