I have always enjoyed Turkish lessons with Nazlıcan. Nazlıcan is a professional teacher who guides students through their general Turkish learning journey, or can focus on any area of language-learning that the student wants. Lessons can follow along grammar textbooks or on any required learning activities. In addition, Nazlıcan provides further resources for her students' development outside of lessons. This includes cultural resources too (such as music), since Nazlıcan makes an effort to not just teach language, but also to teach her students about culture in Turkey. Finally, I emphasise that Nazlıcan really makes her lessons a comfortable, and relaxed environment. She's a *patient* teacher, and an affable person who takes genuine interest in her students. For this reason, whether studying grammar or practicing speaking, I always feel at ease in her lessons and that with her I can learn Turkish almost in a natural, and almost effortless way. I'm sure others will feel the same.

Nazlıcan is absolutely fantastic! She tailors her lessons to the needs of individual students. I’ve had two lessons with Nazlıcan so far and would highly recommend her to anyone who is serious about learning Turkish!

This was hands-down my best first lesson with italki. Nazlican was wonderfully prepared. She accommodated my needs and interests throughout the lesson while also providing a very clear structure and direction for our conversation. I also followed her Turkish with relative ease. She provides additional resources outside of class, such as music, exercises, and stories to read. These materials make it easier to continue learning between lessons and keep the process engaging.
