Hello. My name is Rafa. I was born in Mexico but I was raised in the US from a very young age. I speak both English and Spanish fluently as I have been speaking both languages practically my whole life. I am a practicing dentist, so I have a lot of experience with science articles, terminology and most specifically on the dental area. I love sports and outdoor activities. I travel all around Mexico and record my adventures. Hola. Soy Rafa, nacido en Mexico pero criado en Estados Unidos. He estado enseñando inglés por 15 años. I enjoy teaching both English and Spanish. I have been teaching for fifteen years now. I do it first of all because I really enjoy teaching, and second, because I know that many people are struggling in the process and I know that I can help them. I have several lesson plans. All of them based on everyday conversation, use of the appropriate language and knowing the difference between formal and informal English. I find very useful the implementation of different resources, such as videos, books, magazines and even memes, in order to acquire all the different aspects of the everyday language.
