Alexandra is simply the best teacher. She is creating a really great aura and atmosphere in her lessons. Alexandra will challenge you a lot during the lesson. However, due to her great empathy and excellent communication skills, you don’t even notice it during the lesson. And it is where the magic is that at the end of the lesson you understand that you have learned a lot but have been still in very comfortable conditions. For me and my mentality, it is a really a game changer that you can progress a lot and still be in the comfort zone. Every lesson with Alexandra is different and adjust based on your needs. Alexandra is preparing for every lesson and have a plan in her head before the lesson, so every lesson is very structured and efficient.
