He trabajado como tutor de español por más de 3 años. Estos años me han dado mucha experiencia para que cada estudiante se sienta relajado y cómodo durante las lecciones de conversación, gramática y adaptarme a las necesidades de cada estudiante. Disfruto enseñar las jergas, modismos, expresiones y coloquialismos que tenemos en Latinoamérica.
I have worked as a Spanish tutor for more than 3 years. These years have given me a lot of experience to make each student feel relaxed and comfortable during the conversation lessons, grammar and adapt to the needs of each student. I enjoy teaching the jargons, idioms, expressions and colloquialisms that we have in Latin America.My lessons & teaching style
Cada estudiante es único y por eso cada clase es personalizada dependiendo de las necesidades del alumno. Utilizo actividades, ejercicios y juegos en línea, descripción de imágenes y videos, lectura de textos e historias para aprender y practicar español de una forma divertida. Al finalizar cada clase puedo enviar el material utilizado.
Each student is unique and therefore each class is personalized depending on the student's needs. I use activities, exercises and online games, description of images and videos, reading texts and stories to learn and practice Spanish in a fun way. At the end of each class I can send the material used.My teaching material

I really enjoy my lessons with Franklin. We always have something to talk about and have had some really interesting conversations.
He seems to have a good sense for how to maintain the balance between maintaining the fluidity of a conversation and correcting my errors. I have had tutors in the past that would correct every error which would mostly serve to disrupt the conversation and reduce my confidence in speaking Spanish, making the experience more something that I had to force myself through. Franklin does not this.
As a result, I really look forward to my lessons and eagerly book more afterward they are done. This has lead to me slowly racking up hours of Spanish practice and this, I think, is what will take me to fluency in the long-run.
