Daniel Ryu

I was not very confident in conversing in Korean but Daniel선생님 was very patient and helped me when I needed assistance and corrections.

Daniel is a very detailed oriented teacher who shows interest in the student’s learning process. He encourages you to speak Korean even if you are a beginner. He always takes notes and is very good at explaining grammar points.

I've completed 7 lessons with Daniel and am so happy with his teaching. I feel comfortable asking questions, trying to make sentences, and making mistakes. He answers all of my questions really well, and if I don't have any questions, he easily forms a lesson around areas that I'm struggling with or topics that will help me with my goals. Plus he's really friendly and funny, which just helps make learning more enjoyable. I couldn't recommend him more!

I just finished my second lesson with Daniel, and I'm so happy! I've already learned a lot, and have gotten more comfortable with speaking Korean. He has a really calming and patient presence that allows me to practice and speak Korean without pressure or stress.
