A typical lesson will comprise of learning fundamental Kiswahili syntax and vocabulary and what it takes to engage in a Swahili conversation. I use simple, interesting, and effective methods of teaching. We will also practice what we learn in class through various conversation pieces. In addition, I provide supplementary learning materials to make our learning more effective. Conclusively, my lessons will be interesting, informative, and interactive.My teaching material

Valary is by far THE BEST Swahili teacher that I have found here on iTalki. I learned more in my one lesson with her than I have in 2 weeks of studying Swahili on my own and with other tutors. I can't stress enough how great of a tutor she is. She is very nice and very intelligent as well. Highly recommended!

Valary is a nice and positive person. She led me through the basics like I needed. After introducing the concepts like pronouns or tenses, there was a practical part where I could put theory in use. The class left me motivated and that’s the most important thing for a language learner.
