About Me

CERTIFIED IELTS TEACHER WITH OVER 8 YEARS OF TEACHING EXPERIENCE I have a bachelor's degree in architectural engineering. Moreover, I currently study architecture-landscape for a post graduate degree in the university of Rome, La Sapienza. I constantly update my knowledge of academic language by reading scientific papers, specially since I'm really into astronomy and astronomical physics. Basically my two passions for astronomy and language collide by using scientific literature. I also do free lance 3D design and modeling in relation to architectural projects.

Me as a Teacher

I like to establish a friendly environment in which the learner feels free to actively exercise and expand their communitive skills. I use an adaptive method to fit the leaner's existing abilities in order to navigate and accommodate their learning needs and goals

My lessons & teaching style

I'd like to use the communicative approach, since it It emphasizes the learner’s ability to communicate different functions, for example asking and answering questions, making requests, describing, narrating and comparing. A communicative classroom includes activities through which the student is able to work out a problem or situation through narration or negotiation, and thus establish communicative competence.
