Had my first official lesson with Georgette. Despite going through some severe weather and having no power, she was fully dedicated to fulfilling her first lesson with me. We reviewed vocabulary and some beginning grammar lessons. Since I already had a base to work with, her explanations made my knowledge of the language a lot clearer to understand and I look forward to learning more.

I had my first trial lesson in Tagalog with Georgette and she did a wonderful job assessing my level of competency. Since I already had a base to work with she offered to have the lesson in English, Taglish, or Tagalog. I chose to have our conversation in Tagalog/Taglish and it worked out great. Georgette explained her teaching style and was also flexible with accommodating my own if I had one in mind. After reviewing that we did a basic introduction lesson going over how to introduce ourselves using a document she put together. All in all, I had a great experience in our session together and look forward to booking her in the future in my journey towards conversational fluency.

Improving my tagalog at a rapid pace thanks to Teacher Georgette. I am starting to apply her lessons to real life encounters now since I just recently moved to the Philippines
