Rie is a fantastic teacher and I highly recommend taking her class! She made me feel at ease even though it had been a long time since I'd spoken Japanese, and gave me good advice for my goals. Please don't feel nervous and book a class!

Rie sensei is a great teacher who encourages you to speak Japanese even though you might make mistakes. She makes me feel confident enough to actually try speaking Japanese as a beginner. The use of Minna no Nihongo in the class is also good, since it forces you to read hiragana and katakana from the very beginning.

Rie Sensei was incredibly kind from the very beginning. I had no idea where to start and thought it might be a little difficult, but she makes you feel very comfortable speaking. I was looking for a teacher who could understand my needs, and I’m so happy to say that I found her!
