About Me

Hi, my name is Daniela, I'm 22 years old and I am a Community Tutor for Italian on Italki. I'm Italian and I’m from Puglia, a region in southern Italy, full of wonderful places to visit and exquisite food to try. ;) I love my country and our language and I love meeting new people, broadening my horizons, for this reason now I live in Barcelona. So I speak Spanish, too. I am a lover of art and culture in general. I will try to convey to you my love for Italy recommending places to visit and telling you about our culture and tradition!

I am a very patient and sociable person. Consider me a friend to talk to, at the end of each conversation you will realize that you have made progress in your Italian. The best way to learn a new language is to speak it. :)

My lessons & teaching style

My lessons will be a dialogue between me and you and will always start from your needs. You will direct my teaching. If you need basic notions for simple conversations, I’ll help you with that. If you just want to improve your Italian or expand your vocabulary, we will discuss and provide you with learning materials. At the end of each lesson, of course, we will take stock of the situation and give you some tips. ;)
