Hello, my name is Bibi. I am a certified/native English language tutor. I have been a contact teacher for over ten years now and I have been teaching English online for the past four years.
I am an excellent communicator as I have over 4 years of work experience as a call center agent and customer service representative on an English help desk. As a customer service professional I love to serve people, by listening, understanding, solving their issues, and educating them on the solutions.
