I’m going to talk a little bit about myself so you can get to know me. I’d like to tell you a little about my hobbies because I have some interesting ones. I really love reading! I read a lot every day, most of the time about linguistics! I enjoy novels, poetry, comics, websites and science
I do what most of the people do, I guess, like watching Online services like Netflix or Amazon. I use them to improve my English and have a good time too. Lastly, I would like to say that I love social media. I have Spanish teaching accounts on Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. Look for them as Spanish from Spain and have a good time.Me as a Teacher
I am a very patience teacher so you are never going to feel embarrast or bad in my lessons, I try to create a perfect environment to learn Spanish, one that makes you feel protected and encourage you to speak Spanish . I work as a primary teacher in Spain so I have a lot of experience with kids and beginners in a new language. I know a lot about my subject I am always studying and trying to improve my teacher knowledge and skills. I have different approaches to teach you Spanish, focusing on grammar, communication, helping you with the DELE exam, or even learning some specific Spanish for small purpuses like traveling, businness, or introduce yourself in Spanish. I try to keep my students always engage. We can do more grammar if you need to feel more secure about your Spanish, it's good to know the basements of the new language.
But, on the contrary, we can focus more on communicative skills if you are interested in that aspect. The most important thing to do with a language is to speak. Everybody has his/her own style so let's find the way you enjoy the most.My teaching material

As always a super lesson with Reyes, spent about half the time talking which was great as I need to practice, practice verbal Spanish. We then did bookwork/grammar with some tasks set for 'homework'. Thanks!

Reyes and I reviewed grammar points and focused on the various uses of subjective. He really knows his grammar and theory and has the impressive ability of being able to explain the same concept or review the same topic via various examples and angles.
I would recommend Reyes for conversation but also certainly for a more "technical" review of Spanish. His classes are outstanding (and don't miss his youtube videos!).

As 2025 closes, I reflect that I have had a fabulous year with Reyes. I estimated I have done c 30 lessons this year and have moved from being a total beginner in Spanish to knowing I can do more now that 'just get by'. Reyes is excellent - he makes the sessions fun, intersting and the right balances of challenges! Gracias, no muchas gracias! Andy
