I tailor lessons to your level, goals, and interests. Two formats: conversation on topics you care about, with readings, useful vocabulary, and clear corrections; or a formal class with grammar, exercises, speaking and writing practice, and role plays. I'm impressed by how Azael can go with the flow as I forgot to send him what I wanted to work on beforehand! I read in prior reviews that he is good at explaining and clarifying concepts that you may struggle with. I brought up two grammar topics that I get confused in when speaking and trying to understand Spanish. I really feel that he was able to go with the flow and I FINALLY understand them in a more solid way. Thank you!!

Amazing!! My favorite thing about learning Spanish with Azael is that I feel like I am his only student - even though he has a full schedule!! I started knowing nothing about Spanish. Now I have a basic vocabulary, can conjugate basic verbs, count numbers, and also got over my fear of speaking a language I am not fluent in. Thank you very much.

My first one hour lesson was excellent! We went over homework (from my trail lesson) and practiced speaking, and I was given new information to prepare for my next lesson. It was challenging and not overwhelming! He is patient and kind, asking me frequently if I had questions as we moved through the lesson.
