Wako

Wake is a great teacher. Her Japanese is easy to understand and she is very patient with me. I am 60 years old so learning Japanese for the first time isn’t easy for me but Wako makes the process pleasant without any stress. I highly recommend her as a teacher.

Wako-san is a fun and outgoing person. Talking with her came easily and naturally. Even though I am an absolute beginner, with her help, I was able to understand most of what was spoken, and I was able to even answer some in broken Japanese 😂 Wako-san is well-spoken in both Japanese and English -- I can see that it can help if someone needs some explaining or an absolute beginner like me who is shy to come in and talk in 100% Japanese. She genuinely wants to get to know you and is able to keep the conversation going if you're a shy individual. We had a great time talking. It felt like it was 5 minutes! Thank you for the lesson Wako-san!

Wako 先生 was great. She helped me with some mistakes I often make, in a nice way so as not to crush me, and made suggestions for future classes. Hope we can have more classes in the future.

I was able to explain my learning level very well. The lesson overall was very enjoyable!

Wako sensei is super nice and patient. She would correct my grammar mistakes per my request and explain the words that I didn’t know in different ways to make sure I understood. Very appreciate her patience and highly recommend the class!!
