He ensured that I kept the discussion 100% in Swahili by helping me with words that I didn't know in Swahili or explaining things I didn't understand in another way so that I didn't have to resort to English. As a result, I was able to learn new words and news ways of saying things in Swahili. Mwalimu Victor's Swahili is very clear and very easy to understand. I had such a fun and interesting first class all in Swahili with Mwalimu Victor! We talked about the Swahili language, its grammar and history and also talked about the history of Tanzania all in Swahili. Mwalimu Victor knows so much about Swahili, its grammar and history because he has studied it extensively. He also loves it and his passion for the language shows.
