Mwalimu Jane

As a teacher, I recognize when someone excels in their role, and Mwalimu Jane truly does. Her lessons are marked not only by a high level of language instruction but also by engaging discussions about Swahili history and culture, all while fostering plenty of laughter. With her extensive knowledge, passion for teaching, and great sense of humor, she truly stands out. Keep up the great work!

Mwalimu Jane is an excellent teacher! She is student-oriented in her lessons and teaches in an intresting manner. She helped me refresh my Swahili and I feel I learn a lot during each lesson. I am certain I will advance very quickly in my Swahili skills thanks to her. I highly recommend Mwalimu Jane :)

Mwalimu Jane is a wonderful teacher. I've always had some anxiety when learning new languages due to bad experiences in my school system. However, she is very kind, understanding, and patient. I haven't had any bad experiences with her, and I feel like I'm learning more within these few lessons in Swahili than I did for two years in French.

Today was my second lesson with Jane. As a beginner she already showed me how to build my first sentences in Swahili. I enjoyed the lessons very much and am looking forward to our future sessions!

Mwalimu Jane is the most organized, concise, encouraging and effective teacher I know. I learn a ton in our lessons. She creates a very friendly, non judgmental atmosphere.

Time flies when learning with Jane! I really enjoy our lessons. Jane explains everything so it's easy to understand and tells me how people actually use phrases in Kenya.
