I’m Yulia, a certified native Russian language teacher with more than 10 years of experience.
I was born in Moscow and I'm qualified to teach students of all levels.
My lessons are balanced and I always take into account students' preferences. My knowledge of legal, financial and business vocabulary helps my students who learn Russian for business goals.
I'm result-oriented and focus on the more important grammar points and conversational practice.
I use varied material (pictures, videos, articles), which allows me to involve a student in the conversation. After each lesson, I send the personalized vocabulary list and homework.

Julia is a really excellent teacher. She is a qualified teacher and it shows in every aspect of the lessons, from the carefully prepared material, to exactly the right amount of error correction. What I particularly like is that she is not afraid to speak in the lessons. A lot of teachers have the idea that their role is to force the student to speak, but, in reality, hearing a native speaker speak provides an excellent model and is a useful learning experience in itself. Julia gets the balance just right - as she manages the conversation, carefully grading her language at exactly the right level for optimum learning value for me. The lessons are enjoyable and productive. Hard to imagine a better teacher than Julia - I feel my Russian is improving in all aspects.
